Free online antenatal breastfeeding education sessions using Zoom. We offer this session in partnership with our sister group LLL Stewartry in southern Scotland most months on a weekday evening, from 8 to 9:30 pm. Partners and other supporters welcome!
These are one-off sessions, but you are welcome to join more than one if you like. Many mothers have found attending our regular in-person meetings to watching babies of different ages breastfeeding to be great preparation.

We will be looking at:
- how to get feeding off to a great start
- what to expect in the early days with your new baby
- where to find help and support
Our sessions are informal and free, though donations to LLL are always welcome. Pregnant women and people are invited to bring their partner, or someone else close to them who will be supporting them after the birth.
